Love the smell and the feel! I use it in conjunction with a healthy diet that limits carbs the majority of the week, yoga, and weight training and plenty of water and it has helped smooth out the cellulite. I out it on right after the shower still damp and then my Nivea firming lotion and let them dry as I work in my hair and face day and night.
