Fiber supplement. Definite positive change to my health. Tastes great and can dip in my morning coffee to make it a little softer to eat

I eat these as a snack about mid morning to help me last until lunch. I usually just eat one (50 calories). My husband has started eating the other one! Love all the flavors. Nicely wrapped so I can carry them in my purse.

Nice flavor although a little hard to bit, but little nibbles along the edge work fine. Great results, but I have trouble with the wafer sticking to my teeth. I used water at first to facilitate the wafer as instructed, but switched to carbonated liquid to help remove the wafer stuck to my teeth. Works just fine.

Works great but contains sugar so diabetics should use capsules which work great too.All Metamucil products Highly Recommended

I saw someone else eating these and asked what they were. I had just gone for a colonoscopy and found out I had diverticulosis. The doctor told me to take Psyllium husk daily which I have a different named organic brand I drink from my local store but supplement with these. These are the chocolate flavored. They also come in apple cinnamon and cinnamon.Don’t expect these to be an Oreo. They are slightly grainy and crispy and stick to your teeth like glue so drink plenty of water and brush your teeth as soon as you can. I’m a dental hygienist and don’t like that feeling! I’ve tried every flavor. Amazon has the cheapest price. If you don’t want to invest in 4 boxes, go to a local store and try 1 box first to see if you like the flavor, but they’ll probably be a few dollars more (I paid between $8.50 and $9.99 at Wegmans and Kinney drugs in NY) The benefits of these outweigh the cons. They taste good and help with digestion and elimination, if you know what I mean ;)If you are having an issue with constipation, colitis, diverticulosis, or other similar issues, I’d recommend trying them. They won’t hurt you unless you have dietary restrictions from any of the ingredients. Check with your doctor if you have any concerns about ingesting these biscuits.

Apple cinnamon tastes great, but does get stuck in molars. Great snack!

These cookies are great with a apple and cinnamon taste. I just love them and so does my husband! I fine it’s like a treat and I eat them in the evening after dinner as a desert. It works so well and my husband love them too. I put them in my one month delivery subscription. I definitely recommend these delightful cookies!
