Great Value
arrived on time and as described.I needed a good quality cookware without aluminum surfaces touching the food. The GreenPan is a good choice. Very easy to clean, although they do recommend by hand rather than in the dishwasher, but easy enough. Lightweight but with enough weight to feel good in your hand and study.recommend

After 3 Years of HEAVY USE and my pan still looks and cooks like new!
I feel compelled to set the record right, given how my experience has been with this Green Pan. I am an avid Italian cook, I cook in this 10" pan EVERY day, 4 -6 times a day, and we have done it all: sauteing, frying, stewing, boiling, simmering, you name it. I most often use Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil, or Organic unsalted butter, both which have low-smoking-point temperatures, and get wonderful results in all cases. Looking at the disastrous photos and traumatic reports other customers have posted is what prompted me to speak up. What in the world are you folks doing with your pans?! Evidently you are using too high a heat, cooking in a dry pan, using abrasive utensils and cleansers, and every other destructive tactic to destroy your pans, Either this, or I am the only customer that didn't get a "lemon", and I am never that lucky. I am practical. These pans are super heat conductive, on medium heat you'll get a rolling boil or hot fast fry, so there is never a need to cook on any higher a temperature, which I never have. Also, I never cook in a dry pan, even when searing, the interior surface requires at least 'seasoning' with a rub of oil. You can see by my photos, this is after HEAVY daily use, the interior surface is completely unmarred, no scratches, no hot spots, no wearing down of the non-stick surface. I put it in direct sunlight to reflect that truth. The only utensil that has touched that interior surface is the spoon shown, a glass-composite which was made by Betty Crocker about 35 years ago, and it too, is still white shiny and unmarred. Everything is CARE. My neglect has been the underside of this pan, which could use a gentle rub of Bon Ami, another vintage mainstay, just to remove any baked-on grime. The scratches are expected, being used on electric coils, and all of this underneath is just cosmetics. What matters is what your food touches, and you want the assurance that none of the cooking surface is eroding into your meals. This pan, treated properly, not necessarily gently, just practical common sense, don't test it's limits, don't use a fork or knife on it excusing 'just one time', don't let a dry pan cook on a high-hot burner, and so on. If you don't have this much sense then stay out of the kitchen. Find a partner that loves to cook and you man the TV remote. When the cooking is done, immediately remove the pan from the heat, and put an inch of water in it to cool the pan. Add a squirt of diluted dish soap, a teaspoon of soap in an empty detergent bottle filled with water. Set it on a cool stove burner or protected counter top. Then go watch TV. The next time you're in the kitchen, empty the pan, rinse with hot water and wash with another squirt of dish soap with a soft wash-towel. Takes about 30 seconds, and place in rack to dry. Ready for the next reach in a couple hours to cook again. Even sandwiches get a grilling. I've never had the need to immerse this pan in water or put in a dish-washer. It practically rinses clean, and gentle cleaning begets gentle cleaning. Keeping it new, it behaves as new. I am speaking from the heart, and certainly am not being in any way compensated for this review, other than the vindication of defending the innocent. This pan well-deserves a good review. I wish I could cook for those of you destroying your pans. I am sure in my Italian eyes, you look too skinny and need me to fatten you up! You don't get by an Italian without being fed, and taking a big dish home with you. Ask my friends and neighbors. This so I can get busy cooking again! And remember before you eat the fruit of your labor, you say Grace over your food. And pray a hedge of protection over your pans too! Treat your pans like family! Ciao!

Durable cookware at a good price
Great pans. Nothing has stuck to these since I have purchased-eggs, cheese, meats, etc. I have used mainly plastic or silicone covered utensils when cooking with these pans, but other family members have used metal and have not damaged the ceramic layer. Washes up easily by hand or in the dishwasher. Would definitely repurchase in the future.

working well with occassional SOS help
Loved it at the start but it was ruined by a guest who used high heat to cook (don’t heat to 500F). Everything was sticking so I was about to throw it away but decided to use an SOS steel/wool pad on it with very gentle pressure. Turns out all the burned in stuff came off and now it’s back to nonstick. Not sure how long it will last if I have to use the SOS much but so far working well.

Great Product
Great product. I love the look and having some non-stick features without all the chemicals. Be diligent not to use metal on them so they don't scratch and its better to keep temps lower or they can be difficult to clean. I do still use olive oil for to assist with the non-stick aspect but these are the best "clean" non-stick option I have found yet.

Five Stars
Pans have a great weight, and solid construction.Update: I've had these pans for over a year now. They are in near-perfect condition. I have enjoyed them so much that I bought a complete set from the company, though it was a different line. They as well are in near-perfect condition and I take no special care with them, I throw them in the dishwasher, stack the saucepans on top of each other. Not a scratch, nothing peeling off. Still pleased with this purchase after a year.

Non-stick does not last
I would not recommend this pan. It worked great for a month or two, but after using this on a daily basis it no longer is a non-stick pan everything sticks. Turned bacon into bacon bits for example. For the money you pay you would expect this to be a long-lasting purchase but it is not.

Excellent
I've had these pans for about a month and use them daily. I am very impressed and hope they hold up. They come out of the dishwasher great. They are a substantial size and weight. Nothing sticks - nothing. The price for this 3 piece set was also outstanding. Highly recommend.

Amazing Pan
Works great. Have had it for a few months. Comforting to know I'm no cooking with chemicals like with some other brands. The Ceramic non stick works great.

Very disappointing
I was hoping these were the pans that were going to last. Within 3 months they were no longer non-stick and were starting to flake. So disappointed with this product and the fact that this company was selling such a horrible product at such a high price.
