Kelement Wi-Fi Internet Radio with 4.3 Inch Touchscreen Plays Thousands of Music from Streaming Music & Internet Radio Station

I've had this one, second one since the first order arrive with a problem with the LED screen, and since October 2018 to May 2019 THIS one has just stopped working. Wont turn on. For $80 this is stupid. This was the most expensive alarm clock I've purchased and I've now learned that the saying, " you get what you pay for" isn't accurate. My way less expensive unit ($35) works much better and has been for over a year!!! I'm totally disappointed.

Product worked fine initially. Have had problems recently and specifically with Tune In app; it refuses to connect. Also, I receive a lot of garbage offers of apps and etc. with no way to turn it off. I downloaded the manual, there is no reset process, no troubleshooting section. Contacted what appeared to be seller for help, (I am willing to pay for product support.) I was curtly informed via email that this was all Amazon's problem. Net result; I have an inert radio, no recourse. I am very disappointed.

THE RADIO HAS WAY TO MANY STEPS TO FIND A STATION AND IF I MISS OR WANT SOMETHING ELSE, I HAVE TO GO BACK TO STEP 1 OF ABOUTN 6. Do.t use remote and it seems even harder. We are in our 70's and not geeks so this may not be fair to younger folks.

This unit does not turn on all the time. Sometimes I need to hold the power button down for 3 minutes to get it to come on. Frequently it will not conect to the internet. When Itry to log in to Amazon Music, I Heart Radio comes on. I bought this formy office at work, when I have no music, when it won't come on, makes my day very crabby.I do not reccomend this item, an Internet Radio that does not connect regularly to the Internet is worthless!!!!!

I purchased this to play music in my showroom, but it was so sporadic and it would cut in and out. The interface was extremely difficult to navigate and it was so sketchy that I gave up on it and don't play music in the showroom now - that's how broken and unreliable the sound/play was

No warranty on this purchase when the company went out of business.

Absolutely awful. It is so unreliable and difficult to use. I would return it if I could.
