adidas Micoach Zone Bundle

I use the miCoach Zone for running. I just started training for a 1/2 marathon. I went on the miCoach website and selected one of their plans, chose the date of the run, and BAM! - I had my own workout schedule. I began following the running schedule before I purchased the miCoach Zone bundle. I would attempt to jog slower for the Blue sections and faster for the green sections (part of the workout plan). The very first time I used the miCoach Zone (heart monitor), I realized that I had been pushing myself too much. Running at a slower (heart rate based) pace enabled me to run much farther without being fatigued. I had been running 2-3 miles. The first day I used the miCoach Zone, I ran 4.5 miles!The bundle I received came with the wristband and the heart monitor (with chest strap). The chip in the wristband communicates wirelessly with the heart monitor, and it tells you your heart rate, time elapsed in your workout, and the calories you have burned. I don't listen to music when I run, so I chose the miCoach Zone over the miCoach Pacer (talking unit). With miCoach Zone, you don't need a computer to use it. However, you cannot upload your stats to the miCoach website (unless you do that manually). I wish this bundle came with a pedometer. My new Adidas sneakers have the slot where the Stride Pacer unit goes. I believe you get that unit with the miCoach Pacer bundle. I love this device, and I would highly recommend it!

I have used this almost every day. You can go on [...] and start your workout plans to fit almost any fitness goal. The strap is comfortable and the wrist piece is easy to read and simple. It monitors your heartrate, calories burned, and also how long you have been in a particular zone. Just a word of caution, I received my unit not synched with each other. I thought it was defective. Not a big deal, just go online to Adidas website to see how to synch the monitor with the wrist piece. After that, it was perfect! Highly recommend.

trainiere sehr gerne mit micoach, hiermit kann mann seine herzfrequenz sehr gut überwachen.Band und Uhr sind angenehm zu tragen

Habe da Produkt sehr schnell erhalten, bei auspaken ist mir aufgefallen das dder angepriesene Schritt & Distanzzähler nicht dabei war, und ausserdem anscheinend die Battereiene leer waren. nach mehrmaligem E-Mail "hin-und her" habe ich den Artikel dann so übernommen wie er war weil mir die zeit und die nerven für langwieriges herumschreiben etc gefehtl hat

Ich habe die Uhr bestellt und beim ersten auspacken und an machen musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Uhr leider erst gar nicht angehen möchte. Spricht erstmal nicht für die yUhr und für den Verkäufer.Also Uhr zurück und Umtausch beantragt. Bis jetzt habe ich noch keine neue erhalten. Warten wir mal ab was noch passiert......
