Cart OK, Company trying
The item was not shipped in a proper box & several construction things were missing. They likely fell out of the ersatz box. I purchased washers and pins thanks to the folks at ACE. Took almost 3 hours to put it together, but it didn't seem very sturdy. Took it to ACE and they helped and made sure everything was solid. Cart seems like it will hold together thanks to that.I let the company know how underwhelmed I was with their delivery of the item and they decided to offer a refund of the price and shipping, which was acceptable to me, since I'd had to spend extra money for the missing parts and to get help to put it together when it turned out to be more difficult than anticipated.Hopefully, the seller will use proper boxes n the future to ship instead of taping various pieces of cardboard and plastic wrap together and hoping it will make it through shipping (it won't). If they do that and if you're more "construction" inclined than I am, then this cart will probably be fine. This is an update to my original review. If the stars were for the cart, I'd probably give it a 4, but I gave it a 3 because of all the hassle of buying parts and getting it put together so it would work right.

Light collapsible cart that will protect your back and knees
I started using the Easy Wheels cart after a knee injury that put me on crutches for a prolonged period, and bought a second one after I moved into a new house. When I had to haul groceries into an apartment with a crutch in one hand and the other hand pulling this cart, I was able to do it easily because of the cart's light structure and ideal size. The first time I assembled the cart, the directions were somewhat cryptic, and I put in the Cotter pins incorrectly. The cart promptly fell apart, and I lost a couple of parts when I reassembled it. They have since improved the instructions, and it was easy to finish the assembly quickly the 2nd time around. This cart was also a lifesaver when I had to haul cans of paint into the new house. I continue to use it for heavy loads to avoid knee strain.

Lightweight But Sturdy!
Very lightweight but sturdy. I bought it for the larger, more stable wheels after reading tons of reviews on carts. Fairly easy to assemble, follow instructions exactly. Just be sure that when you put in the cotter pins, to bend the ends around the rod so that they don't fall out; they're somewhat flimsy, you can bend them with your fingers. If they ever break, can buy stronger ones at the hardware store. Haven't tried it out on longer walks due to colder fall weather, but very happy with it. The handle covering is rather thin plastic but works fine. And I luv the latch that holds it closed when flattened for storage (a very simple thing, but not all carts have them).

Great On Stairs *
It being light weight, yet sturdy metal construction, makes easy folding, flat enough to put in car, though I use it for rolling to and from Apt. laundry room and I am on second floor besides. My steps are about 8". The wheels only have a band of semi soft rubber but is still in great shape after 3 months. You don't need swivel front wheels, just tip back onto rear wheels and make turns with them.I also tip back on rear wheels for going down stairs. It has soft rubber on handle. In shpping, it fit well in a flat box; I had to put the wheels on, which was mostly knowing which order to put onwheels with a series of washers and springs onto ends of axles, after pushing axles into correct holes, than knowing how to bend a light cotter pin on the end.* Difficult going upstairs with more than about 20 lbs of groceries.

Easy Wheels Shopping Cart
The shipping data was accurate and the cart arrived a day early. The instructions to assemble were not difficult to interpret. A good picture along with the instuctions does help. The usefulness of the cart is outstanding. We use it to carry items from the car to the house. The use of our cart cut our trips between the garage and the house in half. I do have one suggestion to improve the grip on the handle...The material should be changed to allow the grip to stay in place instead of slipping side to side. The plastic cover does not grip the metal handle. Overall I am glad I made the buy.

Sturdy , Perky Looking Cart
Cart is very sturdy. Wheels are wider than most, making it more durable and less flimsy than other carts. Lightweight. Enamel paint on cart looks good so I think it wouldn't be prone to chipping. My mom bought the same one in white a year ago and it still looks great.I use mine at a local farmers market. It is lightweight and steers easily. It collapses compactly so it is easy to load into the trunk of my car and doesn't take up a lot of storage space in my garage.A final note:You do have to assemble it yourself, but I think most carts come unassembled.

I like this cart
I bought this smaller version of the cart, figuring that it would be stronger and more durable than the larger version: Both seem to have the same size wheels and handles, hardware, etc. -- but carry different weight and volume loads. So far, after about 15 months, no problem.I use this cart to carry one load of laundry to a laundramat four blocks away via smooth pavement. It works excellently for that. I put a cardboard box that fits snugly inside the bottom of the cart to help strengthen it, preserve its shape, and to give a solid, no-holes carry container. My loads are for the regular-sized top-loading washing machines. I 80-percent fill a 13-gallon "tall kitchen" trash bag with the dirty clothes. I put the clean, dried clothes in a new plastic bag and gently ease that down into the cart for the trip home.If you need to do two loads of laundry at a time, the larger size may be better for you. But I'm happy with one at a time and imagine that if I ever fold the cart up to take on a bus, it might be less awkward than the larger model.
