I'm on an anti-inflammatory eating program. Never had gout before. Began experiencing a lot of pain in my right big toe even waking me up at night, but no redness or swelling. After talking to a few people they said it sounds like gout. I need relief and got it with this. I took 2 Tb twice a day in water which is 2xX the recommended amount on the label, but I guess I didn't realize it. Had relief within a few hours after my first dose. Used the whole bottle. Then about 4 days after I ran out the pain was back. So it worked for me; but also seems a bit expensive. I'm going to try ACV (which is mostly what this is) on it's own to see if I get the same results.

My husband suffers from gout.Recently, he had a really bad flare up and not even the medication could make it feel better. Foot was super red and swollen. With just the first time taking it, swelling got a bit down, by the 2nd day he was able to walk. By the end of the week, he was completely pain free and no swelling, but to normal. So glad this worked for him.

I’ve just begun using this product so I can’t say if it works or not, but will update once I know.That said, I happen to like the flavor(s) mixed into my elderberry tea. The subtle vinegar flavor is pleasant, not overwhelming.

I rarely write reviews, but this deserves one. I have always been skeptical of products like this and usually opt for some prescription med, but my gout attack had been going on four weeks so i decided to give it a shot.After three days of taking 2 TBSP three times daily, the redness and swelling that have been in my toe for weeks has decreased dramatically. This is a MUST TRY for those suffering with a gout attack.

I've had gout for almost 11 years now, and even though I do a lot of things to keep it under control I still suffer from an occasional flareup.I was skeptical of this stuff at first, but after reading and carefully considering the reviews I gave this stuff a try. It really does DRAMATICALLY reduce gout pain and gout flareups within a few hours. If you're suffering from gout and are on the fence about giving this a try, DO IT.

Pleasant taste

I really love this I can feel my toes again, in my muscle pain is less in my fibromyalgia please make more of this so I don't have to fight for it. It's hard to find in the grocery stores or GNC, and people don't realize how important it is to get rid of the uric acid out of your body it makes a big difference
